Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite your claim, include:

• Order number

• Photographs of the shipping box

• Photographs of the product(s)

• A description of the issue

Once verified, we will replace the affected item or issue an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipped.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
